PAYMENT FOR CLASSES
It is important to me that everyone have equal access to practicing yoga. Livestream & Pre-recorded classes are by donation. Pay what you can, when you can, and if you can't, enjoy the class anyway!

Feel free to track how many classes you are taking (this can also be insightful as to how much yoga you are doing). Donate after or prior to taking classes. Donations can be made per class, per week, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Do what works best for you! Again, if you are unable to make a donation right now, don't sweat it!

HOW TO: JOIN A LIVESTREAM CLASS

*You can turn your camera/microphone off at any time. Participants will be muted during class to maintain a quiet practice environment.  You can un-mute yourself at the beginning/end of class or to ask a question during the class.

In-Person Group Classes

The collective energy of an in-person group yoga class is something very special. It gives you a chance to connect with the teacher, practice with a kind and caring community of yoga practitioners, and allows the teacher to provide you with more individual attention and suggestions. Additionally, if you are someone who becomes easily disrupted or distracted while practicing at home, getting out of the house and to a class can be a great option.

Private Classes
In-Person or Virtual

Private classes are a great option if you are looking to gain more insight about a specific aspect of your practice or need some guidance on how to tailer your practice to your specific needs. Maybe you've always wanted to learn how to do a handstand, but don't know where to start. Perhaps you've injured your shoulder and need to learn how to modify certain poses to make them safe and comfortable for you. Maybe it's been years since you have practiced and you are feeling a little stiff or unsteady and just want a 1:1 refresher before jumping back into a group class.
